Now, YouTube, the video-sharing platform of Google, is going to introduce a new artificial intelligence tool. The company claims to easily recover a hacked YouTube account or channel with its new AI tool. The company has added an AI chatbot guide for those whose accounts have been hacked.
The company has published an update to the Google Support page, which said: "We're pleased to announce that YouTube will be launching a brand new troubleshooting tool designed to help users who strongly feel that their account has been hacked."
This new AI chatbot of YouTube is accessible from the YouTube Help Center. In the starting phase, this AI tool comes with only a few troubleshooting features. The AI chatbot supports the English language. This AI tool has been introduced for only a few creators at the moment. It seems Google has said that the company will make this feature available to everyone soon.
According to Google support, if this tool isn't helpful for users, they can also be assisted on @TeamYouTube on the X handle. Of course, to recover a hacked YouTube channel, one needs to recover first a hacked Google account which is linked to the YouTube channel. With the new AI tool, Google had made it easier to recover this process.
According to Google, a Google account can get hacked and hijacked due to many reasons. According to them, harmful content, which includes malware and phishing mails, stands as the major one. To keep the Google account safe, the company advises that users do not share email address everywhere, avoid sharing passwords as well. Apart from this, Google account users are advised not to download files and software from unknown sources.
