Yatra IPO will open on Friday this week, fresh issue will be worth more than Rs 600 crore
Yatra Online IPO: The IPO of travel company Yatra Online Limited is going to open on September 15. Common investors can bid on it till September 20. There will be a fresh issue of Rs 602 crore in Yatra IPO. The money raised by the company in the IPO will be used for growth, customer acquisition as well as investment in technology.
The IPO of Yatra Online Limited, an online travel service-providing company, is going to open on Friday, April 15. This IPO will remain open for common investors till September 20.
According to the information given in the company's RHP, the IPO will open for anchor investors a day earlier on September 14.
The company has raised Rs 62 crore in pre-IPO placement through a rights issue. For this, the company has allotted 26.27 lakh shares to investors at the rate of Rs 236 per share.
There will be a fresh issue of Rs 602 crore in Yatra IPO. Earlier it was Rs 750 crore. Along with this, OFS of 1.22 crore shares have been kept in it. Apart from the promoters, shares will be sold in this OFS on behalf of THCL Travel Holding Cyprus Limited.
The OFS comprises 1.17 crore equity shares of THCL Travel Holding Cyprus Limited and 4.31 lakh shares of investor Pandara Trust – Scheme I, represented by its trustee Vistra ITCL (India) Limited.
Of the money raised by Yatra Online through IPO, Rs 150 crore will be used for strategic investment and growth, Rs 392 crore for customer acquisition and retention, technology, etc. SBI Capital Markets Ltd, DAM Capital Advisors Ltd, and IIFL Securities Ltd are the book-running lead managers of the IPO. The company's shares will be listed on BSE and NSE.
