Till 11 am, the stock was trading at Rs 331.70 against its issue price of Rs 300 on the NSE. The IPO of Yatharth Hospital was subscribed to around 37 times.

Yatharth Hospital IPO: Shares of Yatharth Hospital rose 10 percent after flat listing, investors benefited so much

The share of Yatharth Hospital and Trauma Care Services got listed on the stock market on Monday. The stock made a slow start and opened at Rs 306.10 per share on NSE against its issue price of Rs 300 per share. At the same time, the stock opened at 304 on the BSE with a premium of one percent.
The listing of the actual IPO was flat, but shortly after the listing, its stock saw a boom. At 11 am, the stock was trading at Rs 331.70 per share, up 10.47 percent. The stock touched a high of 343.10 and a low of Rs 300 during the trading session so far. In such a situation, the investors holding the shares till 11 o'clock are getting a profit of about Rs 31.70 per share.
Yatharth Hospital's IPO was subscribed 37 times. The quota reserved for QIBs was subscribed 86.37 times. The quota reserved for NII was subscribed 38.62 times and the quota reserved for retail investors was subscribed 8.66 times. Yatharth Hospital's IPO 50 percent was reserved for QIBs, 15 percent for NII, and 35 percent for retail investors.
The issue size of Yatharth Hospital IPO is Rs 686.55 crore. Its fresh issue was Rs 490 crore and OFS of 65.51 lakh shares. The price band of this IPO was Rs 285- Rs 300 per share.
In the fourth quarter of the financial year 2022-23, the income of Yatharth Hospital was Rs 520.29 crore, which was Rs 228.67 crore in the same period last year. During this period the company earned a profit of Rs 65.76 crore, which was Rs 19.58 crore in the previous year.
