The world's first CNG bike will be launched by Bajaj Auto in the month of July. The company has officially informed about this. An invite has been sent by the company regarding the bike, in which the date of its launch has been told. According to the invite, the first CNG bike will be launched on July 5. On this occasion, Bajaj MD Rajiv Bajaj as well as Union Road Transport and Highways Minister Nitin Gadkari will also be present.

The company has previously announced that it would be introduced on June 18, 2024. However, the launch date was later deferred, and the new date was set for July 17. Bajaj Executive Director Rakesh Sharma stated that the company is taking its time to design its first CNG bike in a more cost-effective and efficient manner.

Bajaj's CNG bike was seen multiple times during testing before to its introduction. Before launching, the company intends to test it under a variety of scenarios. If any defects are discovered at this time, they can be corrected.

Bajaj's CNG Bike can be given features like a circular LED headlight, small side view mirrors, covered CNG tank, long single seat, hand guard, alloy wheels, front disc brake, and digital speedometer. Apart from this, more than one variant of the bike is also expected to be launched. According to the information, the company can provide CNG technology in its entry-level bike. Due to this, its mileage can be up to 100 kilometers in one kilo. But its correct information will be available only at the time of launch.

Information about the design of the CNG Bike was leaked even before the launch. The information about the bike's chassis, CNG, and petrol tank was revealed in the leaked blueprint. According to media reports, the leaked information showed that the bike can be given a double cradle frame with braces to hold the cylinder. The CNG cylinder in the bike can be given under the seat. At the same time, the nozzle for filling CNG can be given in the front. Along with this, a small petrol tank will also be available in it.
