Payal Maheshwari, wife of gangster Sanjeev Jeeva, who was killed in a Lucknow court, has moved the Supreme Court today after her husband's murder. Payal has sought interim relief for permission to attend her husband's last rites and protection from arrest.
Jeeva's wife Payal said that like her husband, I can also be killed, so I should not be arrested and given security. Payal also demanded relief from arrest. At the same time, the Uttar Pradesh government told the Supreme Court in the case that it has no objection if Jeeva's wife attends the funeral.
The Yogi government of UP did not object to Payal attending Jeeva's funeral, but the government asked the court not to give it any further relief. After this, the court asked Payal to give a copy of his petition to the UP government.
Last day in the Lucknow court of UP, the attacker killed gangster Jeeva by firing 6 bullets at him. However, the accused was caught on the spot. There, according to others present, the assailant was dressed as a lawyer and fired six shots. Jiva was a resident of Muzaffarnagar district of western Uttar Pradesh.
Jeeva was going to court regarding his appearance. That's why the attacker killed him by firing 6 bullets at the conductor and everyone kept watching.
