On the differences regarding working hours between two successful personalities Bill Gates and Narayana Murthy, Congress leader Shashi Tharoor said in a light-hearted post on social media platform X, 'Bill Gates says that there should be a three-day work week. Whereas Narayan Murthy wants to do it for 70 hours. In such a situation, Bill Gates and Narayana Murthy should sit together and agree on one thing. If this happens then surely there will be a consensus on the work culture which we are following today, that is, a five-day work week.

Another of the statements of Bill Gates and Narayana Murthy said that he is not God. Everyone has the right to live their life in their own way. Another user said, that if Elon Musk speaks on this issue then the working hours will increase to ten days a week. Narayan Murthy, founder of India's second-largest IT company Infosys, had said that the youth should work 70 hours a week to strengthen the country's economy. Bill Gates, who founded Microsoft, one of the five largest companies in the world, says that work should be done only three days a week.

Gates had recently said in an interview that the world is moving towards Artificial Intelligence. With the help of AI, we should make work easier and set a three-day week.
