After the launch in China, the Vivo Vivo X100 can be offered with a MediaTek Dimensity 9300 processor and a triple rear camera setup.
The live image of Vivo X100 was posted on the Chinese microblogging platform Weibo by user 'Yu Old Xu A'. The smartphone is introduced in a light blue color variant and features a blue ripple glass finish. The design of the smartphone looks similar to the design renders posted by Vivo product manager Han Boxiao.
The back cover has a glossy finish and a large square rear camera module can also be seen, which also houses the rear camera lens. The LED flash unit is placed outside the rear camera module on the top right. Vivo branding is placed at the bottom of the back cover.
The smartphone is expected to feature a 6.78-inch AMOLED display with a resolution of 2800×1260 pixels and a refresh rate of 120Hz. It can be equipped with a MediaTek Dimensity 9300 chipset, which is based on a 4nm architecture module.
Additionally, the triple rear camera setup on Vivo X100 will include a 50MP primary sensor with f/1.6 aperture, a 50MP secondary ultrawide sensor with f/2.0 aperture and optical image stabilization (OIS), and a 64MP periscope lens with f/2.6 aperture.
If the report is to be believed, Vivo X100 will have a 5,000mAh battery with 120W fast charging. It will reportedly run on the company's OriginOS 4, which will be based on Android 14. The weight of the phone is only 205 grams. Connectivity options in Vivo X100 are expected to include Bluetooth 5.4, IR sensor, WiFi 7, and NFC. Vivo X100 is also expected to be launched in India, and along with its specifications, support for NavIC has also been seen.
