Former India captain Virat Kohli smashed his 72nd international century in the One Day International Cricket and surpassed Australia legend Ricky Ponting in the list of most centuries across formats.
King is now in the second position behind Sachin Tendulkar in the list of most international centuries. He achieved the milestone during the third One-Day International between Bangladesh and India on Saturday in Chattogram. The 91-ball 113 came after a long wait after 2019 against the West Indies in Port of Spain.

The list of most centuries in all formats, goes with Tendulkar with 100 and Kohli 72 then come the likes of Ponting with 70, Kumar Sangakkara with 63, Jacque Kallis with 62, Hashim Amla 55, and Mahela Jayawardene with 54 centuries in the following spots.
