TV actress Vaishali Thakkar committed suicide on 16 October. In a recent interview with ETimes, Vaishali's friend and her co-star Nishant Malkani made some shocking revelations about the actress. Nishant said that Rahul used to harass him. At the same time, she also told that Vaishali was battling depression and was also taking the help of a psychiatrist to get out of it.
Nishant said, 'Rahul was not allowing Vaishali to move on. Because of this, she was in depression. He also took the help of a psychiatrist. I can understand the depth of her troubles now when I got to hear such things that Rahul wanted to show her and his intimate photos to her future husband. Moments of intimacy come when you are in a relationship. But this does not mean that if there is a breakup, then blackmail the partner through those photos.
Nishant also revealed that he had spoken to Vaishali 4 days before the suicide. Talking about this, he said, 'Then I was teasing Vaishali by saying that she has lost a lot of weight. On this Vaishali told me that she will come to Mumbai soon before marriage and will recover the weight she has lost.
When was Nishant asked why Vaishali was in a relationship with a married man? To this, he said, 'When Vaishali and Rahul started dating each other, she was not married. There were some problems from the family side, due to which Vaishali and Rahul could not get married. But when Rahul got married to a girl named Disha, after that he started blackmailing Vaishali emotionally. He didn't let her move on.
She wanted to settle down and build a relationship with someone who cared for her. Rahul is the father of two children, but he was not allowing Vaishali to move forward. Even Rahul's wife Disha kept blaming Vaishali for this. She didn't say anything to her husband.
Vaishali got engaged to Dr. Abhinandan Singh in April 2021. Abhinandan lived in Kenya. It is being told that both of them met at the matrimonial site during the lockdown. Vaishali had also posted the news of breaking the relationship a month after updating the engagement news on social media. Later Vaishali also deleted her engagement pictures from social media. It is being said that he had the hand of his friend Rahul behind breaking the engagement.
