The public issue of Netweb Technologies opens on Jul 17, 2023, and will close on Jul 19, 2023. The price band of Netweb Technologies IPO has been fixed in the range of Rs 475 to Rs 500 per share. The company aims to raise Rs 631 crore. The allotment of the IPO can happen on July 24, 2023. Its listing will be on July 27, 2023.
The IPO includes a fresh issue of Rs 206 crore and OFS of 85 lakh shares. In this, shares are being sold by the promoters of the company Sanjay Lodha, Vivek Lodha, Naveen Lodha, Neeraj Lodha, and Ashok Bajaja Automobiles LLP. Its anchor book opened on 14th July.
Asarfi Hospital is going to be an SME IPO. It will open on July 17, 2023, and close on July 19, 2023. The price band of Asarfi Hospital IPO has been fixed in the range of Rs 51 to Rs 52 per share. Rs 26.94 crore will be raised by the company. Its allotment can happen on July 24, 2023, and the listing date of this IPO is July 27, 2023.
