Capital Small Finance Bank has filed draft papers with market regulator SEBI to raise funds through an IPO. According to the draft red herring prospectus (DRHP), the bank's IPO comprises a fresh issue of equity shares totaling up to Rs 450 crore and an offer for sale (OFS) of up to 24.12 lakh equity shares by existing investors.
