UNGA: India hit back at Pak again, told itRemarks on Kashmir baseless and misleading

India has expressed strong displeasure after Pakistan mentioned Kashmir in the United Nations General Assembly. India strongly criticized the neighboring country for such baseless and false statements. Minister Prateek Mathur in India's Permanent Mission to the United Nations has said that today, a delegation misused this platform to spread baseless and untrue things. However, nothing is surprising about it. This has been happening before also.

He said that I would not promote these comments by giving any kind of reaction just to save the precious time of this prestigious institution. Mathur was making a statement on behalf of India in the discussion of the United Nations General Assembly on the annual report of the United Nations Security Council.

Only earlier, Pakistan's Permanent Representative to the UN, Munir Akram, mentioned Kashmir in his address from the General Assembly platform during the discussion. Pakistan repeatedly raised the issue of Jammu and Kashmir on various forums of the United Nations.

India, in the past, has strongly criticized attempts by Pakistan to raise the Kashmir issue on international forums. It says that the Union Territory of Jammu and Kashmir and the Union Territory of Ladakh were, are, and will always remain an integral part of India.
