A Ukrainian MP punches the representative of Russia. This incident took place during the meeting of the Black Sea Economic Cooperation in Ankara. Actually, the photo ceremony was going on here during the meeting. Ukrainian MP Alexander Marikovsky stood with the flag of Ukraine. Then the Russian representative snatched the flag from his hand and threw it away and moved on.

The Black Sea Economic Cooperation was established 30 years ago i.e. in 1992.
