TVS Motor will present Creon-based electric scooter on August 23, glimpse seen in new teaser

TVS Motor Company is all set to bring its latest electric offering to the two-wheeler market. The company plans to showcase it in Dubai on August 23, 2023. TVS has released a new teaser regarding this.

Although no concrete information about the upcoming electric scooter has been revealed so far, how it will be and in which price range it can be launched. The Creon concept was showcased at the 2018 Auto Expo. TVS Creon can prove to be a game changer in the e-scooter segment. Come, let us know its possible features and other details.

The upcoming TVS Creon-based electric scooter is expected to be a global offering and will arrive just in time for the festive season. This will be the second electric scooter from TVS after the iQube which has been a strong seller for the company. The TVS iQube has been designed on the lines of the Jupiter 110 as a family scooter.

The Creon-based offering, on the other hand, is expected to be sportier and feature-packed. The teaser also hints at a vertically-stacked LED headlamp design, as seen on the Creon concept.

The TVS Creon could be powered by an 11.76 kW motor, which would be capable of producing 15.7 bhp power. It has been claimed that it can accelerate from 0-60 kmph in 5.1 seconds. However, there is no information yet on whether the production model will get the same specifications or not.

The upcoming electric offering is also expected to share its underpinnings with the BMW Motorrad CE 02 concept urban bike that was unveiled earlier this year.

The CE 02 is powered by an 11 kW belt-drive motor, has a top speed of 90 kmph, and a range of 90 km on a single charge. This bike will be made by TVS under the association of the company.
