TVS Motor has launched a new variant of Jupiter 125 in the Indian market. The latest variant of Jupiter 125 is equipped with advanced features. Entering the 125 segment, TVS Jupiter 125 is now available in three models. This scooter competes with the Honda Activa 125 in the market. The price of the top variant of Jupiter is Rs 96,855. The top variant of Activa is priced at Rs 88,979 (ex-showroom).

TVS Jupiter has a 4-stroke, SI-based 124cc engine. Whereas Honda Activa has a single-cylinder, 4-stroke, air-cooled technology-based 124.8 cc engine. Both engines generate equal power and torque. Automatic transmission is paired with the engine in Jupiter. CVT automatic transmission option is available in Activa.

Apart from the new connected features, TVS has also given two new safety features to this scooter. This includes follow-me headlamps and hazard lights. The Follow-Me feature keeps the headlamps illuminated for 20 seconds after the engine is turned off. Apart from this, TVS has introduced two new colors for the SmartXonnect variant. It includes Elegant Red and Matte Copper Bronze. It includes an odometer, speedometer, trip meter, clock, fuel gauge, distance, average fuel efficiency, and real-time fuel information.
