Triumph introduced the new Daytona 660 in the global market, it can be launched in India with these features

With the introduction of the Daytona 660, Triumph has resurrected the Daytona nameplate. The new motorbike has made its debut on the international scene and is anticipated to make its way to India soon. But the Triumph Daytona 660's launch schedule is still unknown.

The Daytona 660 has a complete fairing, giving it a very sporty appearance. The riding stance will be slightly more aggressive than on the Trident 660 because of the clip-on handlebar and split LED headlamp arrangement upfront.

The same in-line, three-cylinder, liquid-cooled engine with a 240-degree firing order will power the Triumph Daytona 660. It produces a maximum power of 93.70 bhp at 11,250 rpm and a peak torque output of 69 Nm at 8,250 rpm.

In contrast, the Trident 660 generates 64 Nm at 6,250 rpm and 80 horsepower at 10,250 rpm. There is a 6-speed transmission on both bikes. This motorbike has a 16,000 km or 12-month service interval. The brand has introduced a new sport riding mode to it in addition to the road and rain riding modes.

The perimeter tubular steel structure is suspended by an independent function that moves up and down 41 mm. Large piston forks with pre-load adjustability and 110 mm of travel up front, and a Showa mono-shock with 130 mm of travel down back.

Two 310 mm discs with four-piston callipers at the front and a 220 mm disc with a single-piston calliper at the back are used for braking. There is also dual-channel ABS on offer. The seat height of this motorcycle is 810 mm, so it is not too high and most people will be able to handle it well.
