Toyota has launched the limited edition Urban Cruiser Taisor during the festive season. This is the second limited edition from the Japanese manufacturer after the Hyder. The limited edition Taser would come with a complimentary accessory package worth Rs 20,160. The idea behind this is to enhance the design and style element of the special edition Taser further.

This deal is available only in the turbo-petrol variant for the TGA package, and it remains valid only till October 31, 2024. This, in other words, means this particular deal is not available in the naturally aspirated model.

The special free package available with the Limited Edition Taser, allows customers to customize the coupe SUV according to their choices. It features front and rear under-spoiler in granite grey and red colour, door sill guards, chrome inserts for headlamps and front grille, additional side body cladding, door visors, all-weather mats and welcome door lamps.

The Toyota Taser Limited Edition is powered by a 1-liter, 3-cylinder turbocharged petrol engine. This engine produces torque of 148 Nm and power of 99 horsepower. It's coupled to either a 6-speed automatic torque converter gearbox or a 5-speed manual gearbox.

The basic Taser, on the other hand, has a 1.2-liter naturally aspirated engine that generates 113 Nm of torque and 89 horsepower. Either a 5-speed manual or a 5-speed AMT is matched with it.

The price of the Limited Edition Taser has not changed; it is now Rs 13.03 lakh, ex-showroom, instead of Rs 10.55 lakh. The Tata Nexon, Mahindra 3XO, Hyundai Venue, Kia Sonet, Maruti Suzuki Brezza, Maruti Suzuki Fronx, and the soon-to-be Skoda Kylaq are among the vehicles that the Toyota compact SUV competes with.
