The drama of a B.Tech student resident of Visakhapatnam town in Andhra Pradesh has come to the fore. After staying in the hotel, when it was time to pay the bill on Friday, he called himself a sub-inspector of NIA posted at Rashtrapati Bhavan and threatened. After this, Jawahar Circle police station reached the information and arrested him.
Earlier, on Thursday, the accused Sudhir Borada had filed a case of robbery of a mobile and purse on the basis of a fake name and address by telling Sudarshan Rao at the airport police station. In the report, he told that he had booked a car from the airport to go to the hotel. On the way, the driver called three other people and robbed him. From here the accused went to Hotel Radisson Blu in Durgapura. When there was a dispute while paying the hotel bill, the police reached the spot. During this interrogation, the identity of the accused was revealed.
Station in-charge Surendra Saini told that the accused had given a report in the airport police station in the name of Sudarshan Rao. During interrogation, the real name Sudhir came to the fore. While paying the hotel bill, the accused made a fake transaction, then threatened the hotel workers by calling them sub-inspectors in the NIA. After this, information was given to Jawahar Circle Police Station. When the police gathered information from the NIA, it was found that Sudarshan had made a fake I-card by putting his own photo on the I-card. He had stolen the ID card of a constable undergoing training in NIA. The police are investigating the matter
