CM Fadnavis tweeted about the meeting held at the Chief Minister's official residence in South Mumbai. He wrote on Twitter, "We discussed various projects, these are the areas where Tata Trust and the Government of Maharashtra can cooperate to accelerate the development of the state."
The Chief Minister thanked Tata for the expression of confidence in promoting a strong and durable partnership between Tata Trust and the state government. Noel Tata took over as the Chairman of Tata Trust last year. He replaced Ratan Tata after his death on October 9, 2024. Tata Trusts holds a 66 percent stake in Tata Sons, the holding company of the salt-to-software Tata Group.
