Startup Boss in Mumbai charged 200 Rs to latecomers for productivity and got trapped by paying 1000 Rs.

Today, punctuality and productivity go hand in hand, and for the same, a startup boss in Mumbai initiated a penalty of Rs 200 for latecomers. Kaushal Shah, the founder of the Evor Beauty brand, implemented a policy for the employees to come into the into the office by 9:30 AM. But he got himself trapped in his own game by paying a fine of 1000 rupees.

The founder also shared the results of this plan on Twitter; the post went viral and got different thoughts from corporations; some praised it and others called it a toxic work culture. The founder quoted, "This is me paying the fifth time. He got criticized for this bold attitude with comments like, Does the company pay for extra time?, Is the amount Rs 200 the same for all?, and many more. The founder smartly reacted to these comments and added, "If you establish a rule for your employees, you must be the first to follow it, and also stated that the amount collected is used for team activities and benefits.

In the current scenario, being a job giver or seeker requires almost the same hard work and dedication. If you are not able to be a good leader or if you are not able to love the work you are doing, in both cases, there are chances of toxicity and crisis for the company.
