Iti Acharya from Jaipur attended the Cannes International Film Festival 2022 and won everyone’s heart with her red carpet debut 

• Rajasthan’s daughter walked for the first time on the red carpet of Cannes

• Showcased the Indian Heritage Fashion of a domestic brand, given the message of adopting indigenous

• Enjoy the festival with International Top Celebs including Deepika Padukone, AR Rahman, Ranbir Singh, Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, Mame Khan, and Pooja Hegde among others 

Recently, at the Cannes International Film Festival 2022 held in the past, Iti Acharya, a resident of Rajasthan’s capital Jaipur and an actress by profession, made her presence felt. Iti Acharya is a film actress and she has acted in many Hindi, Indie, and South language films. 

Iti participated for the first time in this global festival at the world level. While most celebrities opted for high-end international brands, Iti wore a lilac gown by designer Deepthi Reddy for her second red carpet. Iti gave a strong message of Indian fashion culture and adopt indigenous by showcasing heritage apparel of an indigenous brand made in North East India of the country on such a global platform. 

Iti reported that I along with other Indian celebrities like Deepika Padukone, Grammy winner Ricky Cage, AR Rahman, Prasoon Joshi, and Shekhar Kapur attended the opening ceremony of India Pavilion at Cannes and the opening ceremony of the Confederation of Indian Industry, Cannes. She also attended the special screening of Hollywood superstar Tom Cruise’s exclusive films “Top Gun” and “Maverick” at the event. Iti was also one of the chief guests at the Cannes Short Film Festival held at the JW Marriott.
