South Indian Actor Ravi Teja gets discharge from hospital after surgery

Actor Ravi Teja got injured while shooting for his next film tentatively titled 'RT75'. The actor himself has shared his health update after undergoing surgery for a muscle strain on Thursday. For this, Ravi Teja took the help of X (Threads). The doctor has advised him to take bed rest for six weeks after the surgery.

Ravi Teja took the help of X to thank his fans for their support. He also shared that he has been discharged from the hospital and is feeling fine. He shared his excitement about wanting to get back to work soon. He wrote, 'Successfully discharged after a smooth surgery and now I am feeling fine. Grateful for all your affectionate blessings and support. Excited to be back on set soon.'

On Friday, a representative of the actor shared a statement on his behalf. In fact, the actor injured his right hand during filming and he ignored the pain and continued shooting. The statement said, 'Mass Maharaja Ravi Teja recently suffered a muscle injury in his right hand during the filming of RT75. Despite the injury, he continued shooting, which unfortunately worsened the condition. He underwent a successful surgery at Yashoda Hospital and as per medical advice, he has been advised six weeks of rest for complete recovery.'

Fans started commenting on his post wishing him a speedy recovery. Producer SKN commented, 'Get well soon Maharaj.' At the same time, a fan wrote, 'Get well soon Anna.' While another wrote, 'Looking forward to a strong comeback Anna.' Another fan wrote, 'Looking forward to the great comeback of the year. Everything will be fine Anna.'

On the work front, Ravi was last seen in 'Mr. Bachchan', the Telugu remake of the Ajay Devgn starrer 'Raid'. Directed by Harish Shankar. In the coming days, he will be seen in an untitled film directed by Bhanu Bogavarupu.
