The second transplant of the brain chip from Elon Musk's company Neuralink has been completed successfully. Company owner Elon Musk expressed happiness over this. According to him, the second transplant works very well. Now we will transplant eight more patients in 2024.

Neuralink is a brain technology-based startup by Musk. Basically, Neuralink aims to help those patients functional too who can't do anything at all. On the dint of the Neuralink chip, a person can do lots of things just by thinking and his thinking can be viewed on the computer. The company is transplanting Neuralink to its patients. The first patient Noland Arbang, after transplanting, is playing video games, surfing on the internet, posting on social media, and moving the cursor on the laptop.

Elon Musk said that initially, Arbang had to face problems after the surgery. The wires of his implant had moved back. This caused a decrease in the electrodes measuring the signals of the brain. Neuralink corrected this and now it is working properly.

Meanwhile, Neuralink transplanted a brain chip in the second patient. Elon Musk said that the second patient had a spinal cord injury like the first patient. 400 electrodes of the implant are working on the brain of the second patient. He said that the second implant is working well. It is doing better with many signals and electrodes.

When this entire project was being worked on, Elon Musk told that Neuralink was preparing two devices. The first is a coin-sized chip, which will be implanted in the human head. This will release wires thinner than hair with 1024 electrodes attached to them that will go to different parts of the brain. The data obtained from these will go to the computers through the chip. Then the researchers will study it. Apart from this chip, there will be a robot that will sew the wires coming out of the Neuralink chip into the human brain with the help of a needle. Musk says that this process will be as easy as LASIK surgery. In January, a demo of this chip was also given inside a pig. It was implanted in its brain for two months. Musk had also told some time ago that this chip has been implanted in the brain of a monkey and it is also having an effect on it.
