Actor Rushad Rana, who was last seen in Anupamaa and Mehendi Wala Ghar and recently seen in movie Ulajh starring Janhvi Kapoor, shared the screen with actress Kareena Kapoor Khan recently. The actor says that it was a pleasure working with her in an Advertisement. “It was a lovely experience working with Kareena. This was the first time working I was working with her. I didn't get a chance to talk to her much because there was a lot of work and we had limited time with her. But yes, she very gracefully got a picture clicked with me which was again very sweet of her. I want to mention that she's a thorough professional. It's amazing to just sit on the monitor and watch her perform. Like I was literally having fan moments when I was at the monitor just watching her perform. There were two ad films that they made out of which I was not required in one of them but I just kept sitting on set because I just wanted to see her perform,” he says.
He adds, “She makes people very comfortable while working with her. There are no star tantrums or anything like that. That's what I saw. Absolutely thorough professional to work with.” He says he was thrilled when he got to know that he would be working with her. “I was ecstatic when I found out that I'll be working with her. This is all thanks to my friend. Mr. Mohsin Khan who runs this company called Celevish Media Pvt. Ltd. He was the one who roped me in and got me on board,” he says. The actor says that he has always been a fan of Kareena’s work. “My all-time favorite Kareena Kapoor film would be Jab We Met because I think she was fantastic in that film. And I have always been a fan of all her films. Even Asoka, I mean, I know it didn't do very well, but she looked like, you know, a dream in that film. And recently I was totally bowled over by her performance in Jaane Jaan on Netflix. She was just so amazing, so natural. Even the kind of look that she has in the film, almost like a no-makeup kind of look and for a glamorous heroine like her to do a part like that I think it takes a lot of courage,” she says.
Talking about fun moments on the set, he says, “The whole crew was amazing, and it was great fun. I also met Tanaaz Irani on set, as she was working on another film, and it was great fun hanging out with her as usual. We've been friends for years, but this is the second project I've worked on with her in the past year."
