Former Indian captain Virat Kohli reached 11 thousand runs in 222 innings in ODI international cricket. Sachin Tendulkar, for comparison, reached 11 thousand runs in 276 innings. Rohit Sharma now stands at 19 innings in terms of beating Sachin Tendulkar's record.
