The opening match of the T20 World Cup 2024 between co-hosts USA and Canada is scheduled for June 1. On June 5, Australia will play their opening match at Kensington Oval in Barbados against Group B opponents Oman. On the same day, India will take on Ireland in their competition opener at Nassau County International Stadium in New York.
