In a glittering ceremony held on September 22, 2024, Rhea Singha, contestant #36, was crowned Miss Universe India 2024. The prestigious event took place amidst much fanfare, with 51 finalists competing for the coveted title. Rhea will now represent India at the global Miss Universe 2024 pageant.

Pranjal Priya (#34) was named the 1st Runner-Up, with Chhavi Verg (#16) securing 2nd Runner-Up. Sushmita Roy (#47) and Ruopfuzhano Whiso (#39) claimed the 3rd and 4th Runner-Up positions, respectively.

The grand finale was hosted by Lance Raymundo and Ngo Ngoc Gia Han, who kept the audience engaged with their dynamic presentation.
