Realme GT 7 will get 7000mAh battery, and also 100W fast charging support

A senior company executive leaked the battery and charging capabilities of this phone before its release. Besides this, a tipster has leaked some exclusive details of the new Realme GT 6 version. Realme Vice President Xu Qi Chase has officially confirmed in a Weibo post that Realme GT 7 will feature a 7,000mAh battery with 100W wired fast charging support. He said that despite such a big battery, the chassis of the phone will remain light. The executive claimed that this handset will break industry standards, such as 'thinner means less battery' and 'fast charging reduces capacity'.

It is worth noting that a Realme phone with model number RMX6688, which is probably the Realme GT 7, was spotted on China's 3C certification website. The listing revealed that this phone will support 100W wired fast charging.

The previous Realme GT 6 comes with a 5,800mAh battery and 120W wired fast charging. Its profile is 8.43mm thick and weighs 206 grams.

The Realme GT 7 will be less than 8.3mm thick and weigh less than 205 grams. This was revealed by tipster Digital Chat Station in a Weibo post. The leak said that the handset will likely come with a 'modified version of ColorOS', which will probably be based on Android 15 and offer some special features.

According to the tipster, the Realme GT 7 will have a flat and customized BOE panel. Its bezels will be thin. It will have eye protection and a 144Hz refresh rate. It will get a plastic middle frame and IP69-rated dust and water resistant build. The handset will have an ultrasonic fingerprint sensor for biometric authentication. Earlier, the company confirmed that the Realme GT 7 will run on the 3nm MediaTek Dimensity 9400+ processor.
