Realme 14 Pro 5G Series will be launched with these features in India in January

The Realme 14 Pro 5G series is set to launch in India in January 2025. Ahead of its launch, the Chinese smartphone maker has teased several features of the upcoming smartphone lineup on its social media handle. The Realme 14 Pro 5G series will be equipped with a 1.5K display. Apart from this, it has also been confirmed that it will come in Suede Gray colorway as an option. In particular, the lineup is expected to include two models - Realme 14 Pro and Realme 14 Pro +. Meanwhile, the company has also teased several features of the upcoming Realme 14x 5G in India.

In a post on X (formerly Twitter), Realme India has revealed several features of the upcoming Realme 14 Pro 5G series. It is confirmed to feature a quad-curved 1.5K AMOLED display with 1.6mm bezels, 42-degree curvature, and 3,840Hz PWM dimming. Realme says that its 14 Pro 5G series will be backed by a 6,000mAh battery. The company has also confirmed one color option for the smartphone. It will be offered in a suede grey colorway with a vegan leather finish.

Meanwhile, the company also teased the Realme 14x 5G that is scheduled to hit India soon, which comes with a confirmed 6,000mAh battery. It will also feature an IP69 rating, that shall provide protection to the phone from high-pressure water jets and steam.

As the color-changing back panel of the Realme 14 Pro 5G series is confirmed by the company, it showed off its cold-sensitive tech at an event in Copenhagen recently. According to claims, the color of the rear cover changes when the temperature drops below 16 degrees Celsius.

When the Realme 14 Pro 5G series phones are exposed to temperatures of 16 degrees Celsius or below, their color changes from pearl white to vibrant blue. It changes color when the temperature rises. Realme says its upcoming smartphones have been designed in collaboration with Nordic industrial design studio Valuer Designers.
