RCB plans to buy these players in IPL 2024 auction, director himself revealed

Royal Challengers Bangalore has made a special plan for the IPL 2024 auction to be held tomorrow December 19 in Dubai. RCB Cricket Director Mo Bobat has revealed that his team will focus on including foreign fast bowlers in the auction to be held on Tuesday. Let us tell you that before the auction, RCB bought Australian all-rounder Cameron Green in trade from Mumbai Indians. Now RCB have Rs 23.25 crore in their purse and a total of 6 slots including three overseas ones have to be filled.

After excluding Josh Hazlewood and Hasaranga, RCB will now look to include foreign fast bowlers and spinners. Also, after releasing Harshal Patel, the focus will be on Indian bowling options. They have also traded Shahbaz Ahmed with Sunrisers Hyderabad.

Bobat said that we have a very powerful top-order batting. Part of the decision to release our players was to try to strengthen the middle order and bringing in Cameron Green has been a great move. Siraj is our main player, so it will be our priority to explore some more bowling options including overseas bowling options.

Bobat said that we have a great captain in Faf and a great group of senior players with the experience of Virat, Maxwell, and Dinesh Karthik. So this team is really strong. He said that RCB will also focus on the skill, physical, and psychological aspects of the auction. We just have to identify players who have pace and balance.
