Two-time Olympic medalist PV Sindhu got married to her fiance Venkata Datta Sai in Udaipur on the morning of 22 December. Apart from the families of both, close people attended the occasion. Jodhpur MP and Union Minister Gajendra Singh Shekhawat also attended this wedding ceremony, whose picture he has shared on his social media platform 'X'. The picture shared by him is becoming very viral on social media.
In a post made on social media, Union Minister Gajendra Singh Shekhawat wrote, "Pleased to have attended the wedding ceremony of our Badminton Champion Olympian PV Sindhu with Venkatta Datta Sai in Udaipur last evening and conveyed my wishes & blessings to the couple for their new life ahead." Now the newlyweds will organize a reception in Hyderabad on December 24.
PV Sindhu's husband, Venkata Datta Sai, is the executive director at Hyderabad-based Posidex Technologies. Being an introverted kind, Venkata Datta Sai has kept himself away from the headlines, but the news related to his marriage with PV Sindhu drew people's attention toward him.
PV Sindhu's father had said that both the families already knew each other. Everything about their marriage was decided in November. Considering PV Sindhu's busy schedule from next month, both families decided to get married on December 22. Earlier, both of them got engaged on December 14.
