Revenue Service Council, furious over the incident, met District Collector Dr. Artika Shukla on Tuesday and presented a memorandum to demand the suspension of policemen and the SHO of Bahtukala police station. If not done, from tomorrow, i.e,. 24th April, all Tehsildars, Naib Tehsildars, Patwaris, and Girdawars have threatened a boycott of purchase too.

At the same time, the priests of the temple have filed a complaint at the police station, accusing the Tehsildar of using abusive language, not allowing them to leave the temple, and not allowing them to offer Prasad. According to the information, the fair of Dholagarh Devi is being organized in Dholagarh from 18 to 24 April. There was a huge crowd in the temple on Monday night. They engaged the Girdawar and Patwaris in offering Prasad. This dispute happened regarding the offerings coming to the temple.

After two hours, Bahtukla SHO Sanjay Sharma and police personnel came there and beat up Girdawar Surjeet and Mahendra, Patwari Uttam, Ranveer and Hiralal etc. present there and dragged them and threw them in the police vehicle. In protest against the incident, the Patwaris also staged a sit-in in the Kathumar Tehsil office.
