Dabang Delhi KC defeated Bengal Warriors by a margin of 47-25 in a one-sided match in the 115th match of the Pro Kabaddi League season played at the badminton hall of Balewadi Sports Complex on Monday. In fact, they got qualified for the playoffs. On the other hand, Bengal's hopes of going to the playoffs are over. The Bengal team looked completely helpless in front of Ashu Malik (17) and was forced to suffer the 11th defeat in their 19th match. Delhi, unbeaten in the last 13 matches, registered their 11th win in 20 matches. In this match, Delhi scored 22 points against 12 in raids and 19 points against 13 in defence.

For Bengal, only Vishwas (8) and Nitesh (5) could impress. Delhi, desperate to get a playoff ticket, took a 5-2 lead within three minutes. After this, Mayur got a big breakthrough for Bengal by catching Ashish but Delhi soon took a 7-4 lead. Meanwhile, Naveen took out Mayur and leveled the score, and then Ashu took Siddhesh. Vishwas was constantly keeping Bengal in the match without Maninder and Fazal also started to open his hands. Fazal caught Naveen and made the score 7-9 by the end of 10 minutes.

For the first time, Delhi all-out Bengal to take a 17-8 lead. Even after the all-in, Delhi scored three continuous points and made the gap 12. Meanwhile, Ashu completed Super-10. Delhi's defenders hunted down Vishwas to make the score 23-9 and then Ashish got Siddhesh out and got a super tackle on and then took a lead of 26-9 till half time. Bengal was on the verge of an all-out. Immediately after half-time, Delhi got another all-out and led 29-10. After the all-in, the Delhi team became more aggressive. It soon led 35-10 and got a super tackle on for Bengal again. This time, however, Nitesh got Ashu super tackled, and even after this Bengal took one point and made the score 13-35.

After this, however, Bengal played well and made the score 18-38 by the end of 30 minutes and also brought Delhi into a super tackle situation. However, Delhi pulled itself out of this situation and took a lead of 42-19. From here, Delhi's victory seemed almost certain. Meanwhile, Yogesh completed a High-5. Nitesh also completed a High-5 for Bengal. In the last minute, Bengal pushed Delhi into a super tackle situation but could not force an all-out and were knocked out of the playoff race with a big defeat. On the other hand, this season, Delhi's team has succeeded in qualifying for playoffs for the 6th consecutive time.
