PM Modi first met with the Indian community in Russia, then placed a wreath at the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier in the Kremlin, and then visited the Rosatom pavilion at an exposition location in Moscow.

The two leaders met yesterday during the Russian President's official address, where they discussed critical global issues. The meeting is the 16th between Prime Minister Modi and Russian President Vladimir Putin in the previous decade, with the most recent taking place in 2022 at the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) Summit in Samarkand, Uzbekistan.
PM Modi's visit to Russia is his first since the Moscow-Kyiv crisis flared up in 2022.
