PM Modi evaluated the situation in Jammu and Kashmir and instructed the action against terrorists

Prime Minister Narendra Modi reviewed the situation in Jammu and Kashmir with National Security Advisor (NSA) Ajit Doval and other officials. He was apprised of the security situation in Jammu and Kashmir. The Prime Minister asked him to make full use of anti-terrorism capabilities and also spoke to Union Home Minister Amit Shah over the phone and discussed anti-terrorism operations. Apart from this, the Prime Minister also spoke to Jammu and Kashmir Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha and took stock of the Union Territory.

There have been several terrorist attacks in Jammu and Kashmir in the last few days. Terrorists have attacked four places in the Reasi, Kathua, and Doda districts in the last four days. In which ten pilgrims were killed. Along with this, a CRPF jawan was also martyred. Apart from this, seven security personnel and many others have been injured.

Search operations have been conducted by the security forces in different districts. Sketches of suspected terrorists are being released. Reliable sources associated with the operation say that three attacks in 72 hours are a well-thought-out strategy. The possibility of fresh infiltration on the international border with Pakistan cannot be ruled out. Even though a ceasefire is in place on the border, members of Pakistani terrorist organizations are still entering Jammu and Kashmir. Army sources have admitted that there are 'black sheep' in the Jammu and Kashmir administration who provide all kinds of help to the terrorists. Due to them, terrorists from the neighboring country harm the security forces. A separate operation has been started to search and identify the 'black sheep'.

Terrorists have always concentrated their efforts in the Jammu region rather than the Kashmir Valley. Terrorists in Reasi, Jammu, targeted a bus carrying pilgrims from the Shivkhodi shrine to Katra on Sunday. This incident killed ten persons and injured more than three dozen more. According to Jagran sources, the likelihood of infiltration cannot be ruled out as the reason for the recent surge in terrorist assaults in Jammu.

Jagran sources in the intelligence unit of Jammu and Kashmir Police also say that a major infiltration is possible from Pakistan. It is also possible that this infiltration may not have happened once but at short intervals. The security forces are tightening their grip on terrorists in Jammu and Kashmir. In such a situation, there has been a significant decline in new recruitment of terrorists. Pakistan's terrorist organizations are not getting new faces in the valley.
