Bengal Warriors defeated table toppers Haryana Steelers 39-32 in the 92nd match of the 11th season of Pro Kabaddi League played at the badminton hall of Balewadi Sports Complex on Wednesday. Out of the 15 matches, this was the Bengal's fourth win.

Apart from star raider Maninder Singh (11), Pranay Rane (6) and Mayur Kadam (5) played an important role in Bengal's victory. All of them made Vinay's super-10 and Shivam Patare's 08 points second and gave their team a win after a long time. This victory has taken Bengal from 11th to 10th position in the points table.

Anyway, Haryana started well against Bengal and took a 6-3 lead in six minutes. After this, Pranay took one point on a do-or-die raid and made the gap to two, and then Mayur Kadam caught Vinay and made the score 5-6. Then Siddhesh caught Shivam and equalized the score.

After this, Shadlu hunted Maninder and revived Vina,y and as soon as he came, Vinay made the score 9-6 by dismissing Manjeet and Fazal but Pranay made the gap to 2 by dismissing Sanjay. And then after the break, Mayur dismissed Shivam and made the score 8-9.

Pranay continued to perform well and on his next raid, he got Jaydeep and Shadlu out and gave Bengal a 10-9 lead, but Vinay equalized the score. Meanwhile, a super tackle was on for Haryana. Haryana took advantage of this as Rahul super-tackled Pranay and put them ahead 13-11.

Then Vinay avoided this situation by getting Mayur out on a do or die raid. Later, Maninder caught Hardeep in a similar raid and again managed to get a super tackle on. Thereafter, Pranay caught Rahul, and then Bengal all-out Haryana and made it level at 17-17 till halftime.

After half-time, the score read 20-20 in six minutes of play but in the meantime Shivam overtook Haryana ahead by 03 points with a super raid and got a super tackle on for Bengal. After this Bengal took three points and made the gap to 1 but the super tackle was yet on. Maninder then super-tackled Vinay to put Bengal ahead by 25-24.

Further after this Shivam made the score 25-25, but by getting itself out of the super tackle situation, Bengal took a good lead. It is altogether a different thing that now Haryana was in the dangerous situation of all-out which could not be averted. Haryana can't avoid all out. Thus Bengal takes a 36-28 lead.

Meanwhile, Shadlu with a multi-point raid made the score 30-36 but was caught on the very next raid by Prannoy. Haryana tried really hard to make a comeback at the last moment, failed to bridge the gap, and after four consecutive wins, was forced to face its fourth defeat of the season.
