According to the information, the suspect admitted his involvement in the attack and surrendered before the police in Thrissur district. ADGP Law and Order M R Ajit Kumar said that one woman died and more than 45 people were injured in the blasts. The condition of some of these people is serious.

The man surrendered at the Kodakara police station in the morning and claimed that he had carried out the blast, the news agency quoted the official as saying.

The ADGP said, "The man revealed his name as Dominic Martin. He also provided evidence to support his claim. We are currently investigating it. We are investigating his claims and the reasons given for carrying out the attack." Are."

Earlier, state police chief Sheikh Darvesh Saheb said in Thiruvananthapuram that according to preliminary investigation, an IED was used in the blast. He said that we are investigating it.
