People who do not get enough sleep, the same people start making claims like seeing ghosts at night
Research by University of London psychologists: Those who do not get enough sleep, the same people start making claims like seeing ghosts at night
There is no end to the tales and stories about witches, ghosts and spirits. The illusion of hypocrites and tantriks has left no stone unturned to spread this illusion not only in India but all over the world. The special thing is that these stories of ghosts and spirits are generated from the darkness of the night all over the world. Science has been continuously making people aware of this issue. The new research in this episode is very interesting and important.
According to new research published in the Journal of Sleep Research – human sleep is responsible for the illusion of ghosts in the dark of night. Disturbance in sleep not only makes the mind restless but also fills it with fear. Beetle Rauf, a researcher at the Department of Psychology, University of London, says – Those whose sleep breaks repeatedly, start having anxiety. It goes on increasing.
They get scared. Because of this, sleeping becomes even more difficult. As the merge progresses, he sometimes starts getting delusions of seeing aliens or ghosts. A fearful person starts believing it to be so true that he is not ready to accept it as an illusion.
This research was done on 8,853 people. His experiences were heard. In which souls, their experiences when they felt like coming close to death in an accident, conversation with dead people, encounters with aliens, when and under what circumstances did they realize the presence of ghosts... Such questions were asked. Most had such delusions more than once. Many felt like this on a regular basis.
After that, his sleeping position was examined and it was found that he had symptoms of insomnia. Used to sleep for some time, but sleep was not complete. Some have never had a deep sleep. Some were suffering from the head syndrome, they suddenly heard voices. This used to open his eyes again and again. Rauf says- We found that the worse the sleep, the more their belief in otherworldly things was. This confusion caused by lack of sleep has gripped even a developed country like America. More than 46% of Americans believe in ghosts. Year by year the number of such people is also increasing in America.
Professor Boris Gershman of American University, Washington says- Men are more superstitious than women. A study conducted in 95 countries revealed that 40% of the world's people still believe in ghosts and witches. They believe that they also exist in the world.
