People are now enjoying organic coffee at the PNB branch where the bank scam of billions took place

The PNB branch of the Brady House was previously making headlines all around the country as a result of the country's largest bank fraud, but now people are sitting there comfortably and having organic coffee. This PNB branch is now a cafe where people are having coffee while sitting on comfortable sofas. Light music played over a background improves the ambiance.

It should be noted that a fraud of over Rs 13 thousand crores was conducted in PNB's Brady House branch. Nirav Modi and Mehul Choksi, two diamond merchants, are said to have cheated the PNB Bank branch of Rs 13,000 crore from 2011 to 2017 through the utilization of LOU and FLC. Nirav Modi and Mehul Choksi left the country after fraud. Two weeks ago, Mehul Choksi was arrested. Nirav Modi was arrested by the police in April 2019. Nirav Modi was kept at a jail in London ever since. Attempts are being made to get Nirav Modi to India.

The scam came to light in January 2018, when PNB submitted a report to the Reserve Bank and the CBI registered a case in this matter. The Brady House branch was in the news due to the scam. A few years ago, this branch was shifted to PNB House located on Sir PM Road. An organic coffee house has opened in Brady House. PNB also had this premises on rent. Now, this premise has become famous for business meetings.
