Actress Pari Gala, who plays the role of Lali bua in Prateek Sharma and Parth Shah’s Pukaar – Dil se Dil Tak, says that her character is rather an interesting one. She adds that the show is full of interesting drama and twists and turns.
“The storyline of the show revolves around two sisters and their mother. A woman who gets separated from her daughters and her struggle and desperation to find them. As the title suggests, it's the pukaar of a mother to the world to help her find her daughters,” she says.
Ask her what made her come on board, and she says, “I loved the concept of the show. It's really different and not a regular saas-bahu drama. It's a female-centric story, and I loved it.”
Talking about her character, she says, “I play Lalli bua in the show. Lalli bua is a naive character who doesn't use her brains and she is not smart at all. She will say anything, anywhere, in any situation. She will utter the truth very innocently not knowing what will be the consequences of the same and so her mother shouts at her every time. She is really scared of her mother.”
She adds that she is eagerly waiting to meet producers Prateek Sharma and Parth Shah. “Talking about my producers, I am still waiting to meet them as I joined little later in the team. I have heard a lot about them as they have given such good shows in the past. I am so excited to meet them,” she says.
Meanwhile, she says that the content on TV has changed for the better. “Regarding the content on TV, I must say it's changing. We have such good actors and creators who are giving really good content and people are also loving it. I'm really happy to be a part of this project and looking forward for the launch to see the audience's reaction. I am hoping for the best. I'm sure everyone will love the show,” she says.
