Oppo Reno 12 series will be launched globally soon, smartphones will be equipped with AI features

The Oppo Reno 12 series was introduced in China on the 23rd of last month and now the brand has officially teased it for the global market. This series will be launched in global markets soon. The Reno 12 gets the Dimensity 8250 and the 12 Pro gets the Dimensity 9200+ chipset. The same chipset is expected to be available in the global variant as well.

The brand has recently confirmed that it will unveil the Reno 12 series globally later this month. The poster shared also gives a glimpse of the design of the upcoming series. The tagline of Oppo AI phones makes it clear that AI features will also be included in them.

The Reno 12 Pro is depicted in certain official images with a rectangular camera module that houses three cameras and an LED flash. Additionally, the official images suggest that the 12 Pro will have an IR blaster and two speakers. It looks like the Reno 12 lineup will include some AI-powered features, such as AI Portrait and AI LinkBoost.

The main features of the Reno 12 and 12 Pro are still unknown from Oppo. Both phones might have the recently unveiled Dimensity 7300 chipset, according to reports. Later this week, the company is anticipated to release additional information about the Reno 12 pair.

The Reno 11 and 11 Pro were announced earlier this year. Both the phones featured a front curved-edge display. The back panel of both phones featured a vertical pill-shaped camera module, which housed three cameras and an LED flash. Although the front design of the Reno 12 series has not been revealed, its rear camera module appears less prominent than the previous generation.
