OnePlus introduced Green Line Worry-Free Solution in India; Know it's benefits

OnePlus, the global technology brand has introduced a new solution today. This initiative has been named 'OnePlus Green Line Worry-Free Solution'. With the help of this, the problem of green color lines found on AMOLED displays in smartphones in India has been addressed. It aims to reassure users through advanced display technology, strict quality control, and an extended service policy of a lifetime warranty.

Robin Liu, Chief Executive Officer of OnePlus India, said, “OnePlus was the first brand in the industry to respond quickly with technical solutions to mitigate display risks in the Indian market. “Not only are we accelerating technology upgrades in AMOLED displays, but we are also the first brand to offer a lifetime warranty for Indian users. The OnePlus Green Line Worry-Free Solution addresses three major areas to ensure quality for users and most importantly, give people peace of mind about their potential concerns.

OnePlus has made significant advancements in display technology by partnering with industry leaders to address technical challenges, especially those posed by environmental factors. The biggest advancement is the integration of the Enhanced Edge Bonding Layer, which uses superior PVX edge-sealing material, across all OnePlus AMOLED displays.

PVX is a high-performance material popular for its exceptional resistance against weather and chemicals, making it ideal for enhancing durability in extreme conditions.

That has also been updated as one of the aspects with which OnePlus ensures, in an improved manner, through strengthened quality control. This includes over 180 comprehensive tests across all phones simulating extreme real-world conditions for reliability and durability, such as electrical performance checks, structural assessments, and environmental aging evaluations within the OnePlus Quality Engineering Lab. He says the 'Double 85' test is one of the major tests running the display for long periods at a temperature of 85°C and 85% humidity. Such extreme conditions allow for proper analysis of how well the device will perform under stressful conditions.
