“One Day Orientation Program” by ICAI: Business Tips from Experts to New CA Members

The Jaipur Branch in association with the Committee for Members in Practice of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India organized a "One Day Orientation Program" for the new CA members who have enrolled for the Certificate of Practice at Hotel Hilton, Jaipur on Sunday.
CA Prakash Sharma, Central Council Member and Chairman, of the Committee for Members in Practice, said that through this program, the aim is to provide expertise and necessary knowledge on business-related issues to the newly-registered Chartered Accountants. This certificate provides newly registered Chartered Accountants with expertise in the strategic and financial affairs of clients, financial institutions, companies, and government bodies.
Jaipur Branch President CA Vishnu Agarwal and Secretary CA Ankur Gupta told that Chartered Accountants get more confidence and stability with Practice Certificates. It promotes their professionalism and what is provided by them. Provides recognition to services. Chartered Accountants enjoy a status of distinction and influence in their field, which helps propel them toward professional success.
In the first session, the speaker “CA Vijay Kumar Agarwal told that after becoming a Chartered Accountant, many CAs want to start their own practice so that they can move forward in their professional career, and how they should start their practice successfully. Important tips were provided to the present members on how to grow so that they can advance their careers in business.
In the second session, the speaker “CA Nikhil Totuka told that Chartered Accountants play different roles in different sectors such as the financial services sector, tax sector, private sector, and government sector and they are associated with the general public, talked openly about what are the expectations of the society and the government.
In the third session, speaker CA Mohit Gupta told that while practicing, a Chartered Accountant has to do many registrations. As we explained in detail how we should keep our practical approach while doing those registrations. In the final session, the speaker “CA Lokesh Kasat” told that practicing in new areas for Chartered Accountants not only opens up new opportunities but also indicates increased professional growth and recognition. He discussed the possibilities of new business verticals for Chartered Accountants like Cyber Security and Data Management, Financial Investment and Portfolio Management, Financial Planning, and Consultancy Chartered Accountants.
