Noting this, Mumbai's renowned hair transplant expert, Dr. Ashok Sinha, has offered some crucial advice to Shastri on preventing baldness.
Dr. Ashok Sinha, who operates the Adon Hair Clinic in Mumbai, shared a video on his Instagram, commenting on Shastri’s hair condition. In the video, Dr. Sinha stated, "This is Bageshwar Baba Dhirendra Krishna Shastri. He solves people’s issues worldwide, but today I have assessed his situation."
In this assessment, Dr. Sinha explained that Shastri has third-level thinning in the crown area and second-level thinning in the front and mid-scalp. Additionally, there is baldness at both angles. The primary cause of this issue is genetic. Dr. Sinha also noted that Shastri stays up late and doesn’t eat on time. His indulgence in sweets and a lack of protein are exacerbating the problem.
Dr. Sinha recommended treatments including topical solutions like Minoxidil and Finasteride, along with multi-vitamins. He advised Shastri to have dinner by 8 PM and go to bed by 10 PM, reduce sweets, and increase protein intake. If Shastri prefers to avoid medications, he suggested undergoing PRP (Platelet-Rich Plasma) therapy.

In the video, Dr. Sinha also explained that there are two types of hair: thick and thin. Thin hair falls out but often goes unnoticed, gradually reducing density without significant hair loss.
