The price of gas cylinders from Delhi to Mumbai has been reduced by Rs 14-16 per cylinder. However, at present this reduction has been made only in the prices of 19 kg commercial LPG gas cylinders. There has been no change in the price of domestic LPG cylinders i.e. 14 kg cylinder.

On the other hand, the price of the cylinder has been reduced in Mumbai by Rs 15 to Rs 1756 against Rs 1771. In Chennai, it was Rs 1966 per cylinder. Meanwhile, the prices of the 14.2 KG domestic gas cylinder did not show variation in all these cities and continued to remain Rs 803 in Delhi and Rs 802.50 in Mumbai.
The price of Commercial LPG cylinders was hiked in the month of December last year. According to Indian Oil, price of 19 kg LPG cylinder had increased by Rs 16.50. In the month of November, commercial LPG cylinders had become expensive. Government oil companies fix the price of gas cylinders on the first of every month.
