No appointment for the last year on important posts like Deputy GM and Executive Director

Roadways in Rajasthan is facing a shortage not only of buses but also of officers for a long time. Because of this, many important posts here are lying vacant for the last one to two years. Because of this many times, the employees of the roadways have to worry. Important posts like Deputy General Manager and Executive Director Administration in Roadways Headquarters are lying vacant for a long time.
Experts say that the posts of Executive Director Administration and Deputy General Manager Administration are very important. An additional charge has been given on both of these posts. The additional charge has been given to the RAS officer on the post of Executive Director. He is also in charge of ED traffic. For this reason, when the roadways employees reach the headquarters from other cities for any work related to the administration, they mostly have to return upset due to the non-availability of the officer.
Similarly, the additional charge of the post of Deputy General Manager Administration has been handed over to the Technical Officer of Roadways. Being in the field, even these officers are not able to spend much time at the headquarters. These officers are also in charge of all the free travel schemes of the state government on behalf of roadways. In such a situation, the employees' organizations have been demanding the roadways administration for a long time to appoint officers other than these posts which are vacant or on which additional charge has been given.
