New generation Renault Duster launched in Turkey, great features with three engine options

The new generation Duster has been launched in Turkey by French automaker Renault. It has many great features. Along with this, many engine options have also been offered. At what price has the SUV been launched? When can it be brought to the Indian market? We are telling you in this news.

Renault has launched an all-new generation Duster in the Turkish market. Notably, the company launched its first in Turkey as its global debut. After this, it will be launched in other countries as well. This SUV can also be re-launched in the Indian market.

Renault has loaded many great features in its new generation Duster. It also comes with a more aggressive design and body cladding as compared to the previous one.

This has brought in variants like the Evolution and Techno. Even in its base variant, LED lights have been given. Features like drum brakes at the rear, 17-inch alloy wheels, 10.1-inch touchscreen infotainment system, seven-inch digital instrument cluster, curtain airbags, with front and side airbags, rearview camera, ABS, cruise control, roadside recognition, lane departure warning available in the base variant.

Meanwhile, some more features are being provided in the Techno variant, which has been made standard with features like fog lights, all-wheel disc brakes, automatic headlight switching system, automatic climate control, and wireless charging. Other than this, 18-inch alloy wheels, a blind spot monitoring system, a 360-degree surround view camera, a heated steering wheel, and heated seats have been provided in the options.

The SUV is offered with three engine options. It has a one-liter three-cylinder engine in the base variant. Which gives 100 horsepower. It has a six-speed manual transmission. As a second option, a front-wheel hybrid system has been given. With an E-Tech powertrain, a 1.6-liter naturally aspirated engine is available, which gives 145 horsepower.

Thirdly, the petrol engine of 1.2 TCe Turbo has been given. In which a 48-volt starter has been given. This gives 130 horsepower. It has a six-speed manual transmission. Also, all-wheel drive has also been brought to it as an option. Its specialty is that this SUV does not get the diesel engine option.

Renault has rung in a new generation of the Duster for 12.49 lakh Turkish Lira. That is around Rs 32 lakh rupees here. Its mid variant has been launched and priced at around Rs 39 lakh, while the top one costs roughly Rs 40 lakh. The company has currently introduced its new generation at the global level first in Turkey. After this, it will be brought to other markets as well. According to the report, the company is also aiming to launch this SUV in the Indian market, and it can be brought in the year 2025. But many changes can be made in the Indian version.
