Nausena Bhawan: Officials said the architectural design of the complex was selected through tough competition at the all-India level. Innovative construction technologies have been incorporated throughout the complex.

Defence Minister Rajnath Singh opened the Indian Navy's brand-new, cutting-edge "Nausena Bhawan" headquarters in Delhi Cantonment on Friday. The structure is furnished with contemporary amenities and cutting-edge technology.
According to the Defence Ministry, the Navy has opened its first independent headquarters in Delhi. This is the Navy's first major accomplishment. The Navy used to operate out of thirteen different locations. This called for a unified, integrated building similar to the Navy Building. It is the Navy's centralised, state-of-the-art headquarters, reflecting the nation's dedication to both national security and maritime excellence.
Officials said the architectural design of the complex was selected through tough competition at the all-India level. Innovative construction technologies have been incorporated throughout the complex. In this, efforts have been made towards the use of solar energy generation systems and advanced construction materials, energy and water conservation.
An extensive three-tier security system is in place at the Naval Building Complex. This includes technologies such as automatic scanning of vehicles, power trapping, facial recognition cameras, bollards, vehicle stoppers, access control and security cameras.
