Miss India 2022: 21-year-old Sini Shetty from Karnataka was crowned Miss India 2022
Rajasthan's Rubal Shekhawat was declared Femina Miss India 2022 1st Runner Up, while Uttar Pradesh’s Shinata Chauhan was crowned Femina Miss India 2022 2nd Runner Up.
The winner of Miss India 2022 was announced on July 3, and she is 21-year-old Sini Shetty from Karnataka. Miss India 2020, Manasa Varanasi from Telangana crowned her successor Sini Miss India 2022. The event took place at Jio Convention Centre in Mumbai on Sunday evening.

Aspirants from across the country battled for the national title and the process was conducted in two phases, virtually and on ground. While we continue to live amid the restrictions due to the global pandemic, unlike the last edition, this year all 31 state winners made it to the city of dreams to continue their journey to winning the coveted crown.

Apart from Priyanka, the other person who influenced Sini's life is her grandmother. Miss India 2022 said, "There's a long list and counting for the people who have influenced me. My parents for shaping me who I am, my mentors for guiding me with their intellect and expertise. But the most influential person in my life is my grandmother. She's someone with compassion, values, intellect and respect. Her guidance and offerings are what I am today."
The esteemed panel of judges for the evening included Femina Miss India 2022 mentor, actress, and former Miss India, Neha Dhupia; Actress, Malaika Arora; Singer, Choreographer, and Performing artist, Shiamak Davar; Actor, Dino Morea; Fashion Designers Rahul Khanna and Rohit Gandhi; and former Indian women’s team captain, Mithali Raj.
