MG Motor's Advanced Gloster SUV Launched

MG Motor has launched its updated full-size SUV Gloster in India. The company has named it 'Advanced Gloster'. The design of its new model has been kept the same as before. However, more than 75 new connected car features have been given in its interior. Apart from this, ADAS technology makes the new MG Gloster special.
The starting ex-showroom price of MG Gloster 2022 in India is Rs 31.99 Lakh. It is available in three variants Super, Sharp and Savvy. The top variant of its 7-seater Savvy has priced at Rs 40.77 lakh.
MG Gloster gets a muscular bonnet, large chrome-finished grille, sleek LED headlights with DRLs and silver skid plates. It gets roof rails, indicator mounted outside rearview mirrors (ORVM), blacked-out B-pillars, foot steppers under the doors and 19-inch alloy wheels on the upper edges.
The rear profile also gets wrap-around LED taillights, rear window wipers and a quad exhaust system.
MG Gloster is available in two model options of 6 and 7-seaters in India. Its 7-seater Savy was launched last year. It gets features like a panoramic sunroof, a larger than ever HD touchscreen infotainment system, auto climate control and adaptive cruise control with ADAS.
For passenger safety, it has been provided with safety features like airbags, an autonomous driving system, emergency braking and forward-collision warning.
The SUV is powered by a BS6 standard-compliant 2.0-litre four-cylinder turbo diesel engine with two-wheel drive and four-wheel drive capabilities. This engine produces 163bhp of power in different drive modes. Along with the torque of 375Nm and the power of 218bhp, it has the capacity to generate a torque of 480Nm. Its engine comes with an 8-speed automatic gearbox.
